Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a customer-oriented Banking Associate in Providence, RI. You will engage with customers, assess financial needs, and provide tailored solutions across spending, saving, borrowing and investing products.

You’ll guide clients to digital channels, including the mobile app and ATMs, while collaborating with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners to address complex needs. Expect outbound calls to grow the customer base and schedule reviews.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience or equivalent
• Ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial solutions
• Comfort using digital banking tools and apps
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions for spending, saving, borrowing and investing
• Build relationships with customers and understand their personal financial goals
• Introduce customers to digital and mobile-first banking options and channel them to relevant partners
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups while following all policies
