You will collaborate with specialists across Wealth Management, Mortgage, and Business Banking to meet diverse financial needs. The role includes outbound calls to acquire new customers and scheduling financial checkups, with a 40-hour work week and weekend/evening

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve relationships.
• Proven track record building relationships and cross-selling products.
• Comfort with using digital banking tools to support goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance and product recommendations to customers.
• Assist customers with banking transactions and in-app digital tools.
