Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Branch Banker in Rhode Island. You will help customers with advisory financial solutions, promote digital banking, and build lasting relationships through in-person and phone interactions.

Applicants should have strong communication, two years of sales/customer service experience, and the ability to work varied hours including weekends. You will participate in compliance checks and collaborate with partners across Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage, and Business Banking.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years in sales and customer service with goals.
• Ability to ask questions to uncover needs.
• Proven track record in relationship building and referrals.
• Experience using digital tech to support business goals.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate with teams.
• Available to work branch hours, including weekends/evenings.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and provide advised financial solutions.
• Promote digital and mobile banking and advise on products.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
