Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a customer-focused teammate in Rhode Island to help clients with everyday banking needs and long-term financial goals. You’ll provide sound advice, build relationships, and guide customers through digital tools and services.

You’ll engage in outbound outreach, collaborate with specialists across Wealth Management and Mortgage teams, and support customers as they plan strategies for spending, saving, borrowing and investing. 40-hour weeks with variable branch hours.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to identify customer needs and propose solutions.
• Proven ability to build relationships via in-person and phone interactions.
• Strong digital technology skills to support business goals.
• Multitasking and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and financial solutions to customers.
• Assist with spending, saving, borrowing and investing needs.
• Promote digital and mobile banking options.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking teams.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
