Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Teller to deliver exceptional in-branch service. You will welcome clients, process transactions, and resolve servicing issues while guiding customers toward banking solutions that fit their financial goals.

Knowledge of products, accuracy in processing cash, and the ability to work Saturdays are required. Notary license is preferred and ongoing compliance with bank procedures is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience required.
• Experience in a client service role is required.
• Experience with cash handling is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent in-person client service at the branch.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues.
• Assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, and account questions.
• Transition clients to a Banker for deeper financial wellness conversations.
• Balance cash drawer and follow security procedures.
