Talentify in Allentown, PA is seeking a Key Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, coordinating orders, forecasts, and delivery commitments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of related experience in customer service, supply chain, or account management.
• Manufacturing or medical device industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customer accounts.
• Handle order entry, order maintenance, and open order tracking.
• Review customer forecasts and demand plans to support production and inventory planning.
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively communicate potential delays or supply issues.
• Lead customer update meetings and coordinate issue resolution.
• Analyze order, forecast, and fulfillment data to identify trends and risks.
• Support new product launches and customer onboarding efforts.
• Prepare reports on account performance, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards.
