Caleres, Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Key Account Manager to lead operations for a major national retail customer. You will manage the full order lifecycle, portal activities, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP experience (SAP/S4HANA/Fiori), and advanced Excel; Power BI experience is a plus. Hybrid HQ-based position with opportunities to optimize processes and reporting for business impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, order management, or retail account operations.
• Experience supporting large national retail accounts and complex customer requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, S4/HANA, Fiori) and reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary operational contact for a large national retail customer across the full order lifecycle.
• Own customer portal activities: item setup, quotes, shipper setup, order maintenance.
• Coordinate order execution, shipment planning, routing, and replenishment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Compliance, Transportation, Distribution, and Inventory teams.
• Monitor retailer requirements and ensure on-time delivery and compliance.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and present customer and operational reporting for decisions.
• Lead root-cause analysis and drive sustainable solutions.
• Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as trusted advisor for assigned customer programs and operations.
