Job summary

NT Engineering & Manufacturing is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their UK-based team in Perthshire. Hybrid working is available after training, with a 37.5 hour week and frontline exposure to customer accounts.

You will look after day-to-day supply chain relationships for key accounts, monitor orders and stock, and work with Sales, Planning and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery. Strong Excel skills and comfort with ERP or WMS systems are expected, with a willingness to learn and

Qualifications

• Solid Excel skills and confidence learning new systems.
• Experience with ERP or WMS is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day supply chain relationships for key customer accounts.
• Monitor orders, stock and demand to hit targets.
• Use EPOS, forecast and stock data to spot issues early.
• Maintain customer forecasts and feed into the monthly S&OP cycle.
• Coordinate stock with external warehouses and assist production planning.
• Support new product launches with customers.
• Prepare service reporting and drive corrective actions.
