Job summary

Campfire Interactive is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with our Professional Services team and work directly with enterprise customers to build, configure, and ship technical solutions on Campfire’s platform.

You will be the technical face of Campfire in customer environments, translating complex requirements into production-ready integrations while coordinating with customer IT teams and Campfire’s product and engineering groups.

Qualifications

Experience with API-based integrations and data pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in unfamiliar codebases and environments.

Responsibilities

Build integrations, scripts, and configurations to connect Campfire with customer ERP/CRM systems.
Lead technical discovery to scope integration requirements.
Migrate and validate customer data into Campfire; ensure accuracy.
Debug and resolve issues during implementation in real time.
Translate evolving requirements into deliverable technical solutions.
Define implementation plans and timelines with Technical Account Managers and Professional Services leads.
Build reusable tools and accelerators for future deployments.
Hit customer go-live dates.
