You will own integrations with ATS and API partners, manage onboarding steps, and maintain production deployments with monitoring to prevent issues.

You will be the technical voice of the customer, translating observed needs into actionable product changes and ensuring reliable, scalable deployments across customer environments.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and ships code; not a non-technical role.
• Familiar with third-party APIs and undocumented systems.
• Strong written communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and build how a customer uses Alex.
• Own the integration surface with ATS and APIs.
• Run onboarding: connection, permissions, job import, mapping, tests.
• Own deployments in production and build monitoring.
• Represent the customer voice to product engineering.
