Job summary

Ease Health, Inc. is hiring a Forward Deployed Software Engineer in New York City. You will embed with behavioral health providers, owning complex data migrations from legacy EHRs and billing systems, often under tight deadlines.

You’ll learn how practices run on the ground by working onsite with providers and translate field insights into product work. You should be a hands-on engineer with 4+ years of experience (ideally 8+), able to handle messy data and ambiguous problems, and comfortable

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience; ideally 8+ years.
• Ability to migrate data off legacy EHRs or complex enterprise systems is a plus.
• Strong product judgment and stakeholder-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own complex data migrations off legacy EHRs and billing systems end-to-end.
• Work onsite with providers to learn how their practices run.
• Turn customer problems into scoped, buildable work and ship production software.
• Collaborate with product engineers and clinicians to shape the roadmap.
• Travel to customer sites across the country as needed.
