Job summary

Ease Health seeks Forward Deployed Engineers to embed with behavioral health providers, untangle their hardest problems, and ship software quickly.

You will migrate data from legacy EHRs, work directly with clinicians and billers, and help shape the product roadmap from the field. This NYC-based role rewards hands-on problem solving and field-tested impact.

Build the AI-native operating system for behavioral health - in the field. Most engineers never meet the people who use what they build. You will. Forward Deployed Engineers embed with behavioral health providers, untangle their hardest problems, and ship the software that fixes them - in days, not quarters.
