Job summary

Healthie is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our NYC-based engineering team in a full-time hybrid role. You will act as a technical partner to customers, diagnosing complex issues, guiding implementations, and expanding the platform to simplify future solutions.

You’ll report to the CTO and collaborate with the solutions engineering team to deliver exceptional outcomes. You should bring 5–10+ years in technical, customer-facing roles, deep API and full-stack knowledge, and excellent

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in highly technical, customer-facing roles in consultancy or platform-based company
• Experience bridging between customers and internal engineering teams
• Strong API and full-stack development experience

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex issues, guide implementations, and translate customer workflows into scalable technical solutions
• Engage with customers via asynchronous and live sessions; translate problems into actionable steps
• Collaborate with the CTO and solutions engineering to ensure a great experience for complex customers
• Contribute to internal docs and tooling; design scalable solutions to reduce customer friction over time
