Job summary

Elo Touch Solutions in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Solution Architect to serve as the primary technical contact between Elo, clients, and partners, supporting product setup, resolving technical issues, and maximizing value of Elo Solutions.

You will collaborate with the Sales Account Manager and Program Manager to enable customers through onboarding, feature rollouts, and configurations, while advocating for product improvements and maintaining deep technical authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years in a technical customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact between Elo, clients, and partners.
• Support customer product setup and resolve technical issues.
• Help maximize the value of Elo Solutions through guidance and best practices.
• Create technical documentation and training materials for customer teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Program Management to enable customers.
