Responsibilities

• Lead early-stage customer engagement to establish technical credibility and trust.
• Elicit, clarify, and synthesize customer requirements.
• Translate inputs into clear technical problem statements and solution objectives.
• Own creation of end-to-end conceptual solution architectures.
• Determine applicability of off-the-shelf platforms versus customization.
• Define system-level architecture, interfaces, and key tradeoffs.
• Design and execute rapid experiments to validate concepts.
• Support customer decision-making with data-backed insights.
• Mentor engineers to transfer architectural knowledge.
