Job summary

Elo Touch Solutions seeks a Solution Architect based in Bentonville, AR to serve as the primary technical contact for Elo, clients, and partners. You will support product setup, feature deployments, and issue resolution, while guiding customers through upgrades and migrations with a focus on maximizing value.

Responsibilities include client enablement, training, and creating technical documents. Occasional travel and ongoing professional development are expected to sustain technical leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred.
• 1–3 years in a technical customer-facing role.
• Knowledge of Android and Linux operating systems; POS systems and drivers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact between Elo, clients and partners.
• Assist with customer product setup, upgrades, migrations and feature deployments.
• Create technical documentation and basic training materials for customer teams.
• Travel as needed to support clients onsite or remote engagements.
