Job summary

Xylem is a Fortune 500 water technology company seeking an Integration Analyst in its Professional Services team. You will coordinate between customers and internal delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of integration solutions and translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences.

This role focuses on customer implementations, backlog management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication in a fast-paced Agile setting, with opportunities to grow within a software and services

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

Serve as the customer-facing point of contact for assigned integrations, managing implementation activities.
Coordinate with internal product, development, services, and support teams to deliver integration solutions.
Manage a portfolio of 30+ integrations, providing proactive communication and backlog visibility.
Create, maintain, and prioritize Jira tickets, user stories, defects, and tasks.
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and identify risks or blockers.
Provide clear status updates and facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
