Job summary

Xylem is seeking an Integration Analyst to serve as the customer-facing coordinator for integrations, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication. You will work with product, development, and services teams to manage a large portfolio of integrations and backlogs in an Agile environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in service delivery, coordination, or business analysis, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
2–3 years of professional experience in customer-facing service delivery, project coordination, or related role.
Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Collaborative with cross-functional teams.
Experience in SaaS/ software services is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the customer-facing point of contact for integrations and implementations.
Coordinate with product, development, and support teams to deliver solutions.
Manage 30+ integrations and maintain backlog visibility in Jira.
Create, maintain, and prioritize tickets and user stories.
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and risk tracking.
Provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
