Job summary

AlleyCorp is seeking an engineer to own customer implementations from kickoff to production. You will understand both product internals and customer environments to ensure Cascade deployments fit perfectly.

Youll join late-stage sales calls to illustrate real customer outcomes and drive revenue with a credible technical narrative. You will build and ship code, configurations, and tooling to accelerate future implementations, and collaborate closely with customers to translate their constraints

Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to ship production integrations independently.
• Direct experience communicating with customers and stakeholders on technical topics.
• Ability to own customer deployments from kickoff to production and post-launch support.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations end to end - scoping, integration, configuration, data setup, testing, and launch - and stay accountable for them in production.
• Work directly with each customer's team to understand their systems, constraints, and goals, then translate that into a working Cascade deployment.
• Write and ship the code, integrations, and custom configuration required to make each implementation succeed.
• Debug and resolve issues in customer environments, and feed recurring problems back to product and engineering.
• Join late-stage sales calls to present real customer implementations to prospects - walking through what we built, the outcomes, and how it maps to their situation.
• Build reusable tooling, templates, and playbooks so each new implementation is faster than the last.
