Job summary

Cascade AI is seeking an engineer to own customer implementations from kickoff to live production. You will understand both Cascade's product internals and each customer's environment, then translate requirements into a working deployment.

You will write and ship integrations, diagnose issues in customer setups, and contribute to reusable tooling and templates so future deployments are faster. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with impact on revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals and ability to build and ship production integrations independently.
• Direct customer-facing experience and ability to engage on sales calls.
• Comfort with ambiguity, ownership, and driving to a working outcome in messy environments.
• Clear communication to non-technical stakeholders and storytelling of technical work.
• Bias toward shipping and simplifying future implementations.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations end to end—scoping, integration, configuration, data setup, testing, and launch, and maintain production reliability.
• Collaborate with each customer to understand systems, constraints, and goals, translating them into Cascade deployments.
• Write and ship code, integrations, and custom configuration to ensure successful implementations.
• Debug and resolve issues in customer environments and relay recurrent problems to product/engineering.
• Participate in late-stage sales calls to demonstrate real customer work and outcomes to prospects.
• Create reusable tooling, templates, and playbooks to accelerate future implementations.
