Job summary

Iowa Rotocast Plastics, in Decorah, IA, seeks a Front Desk / Warranty Coordinator to greet visitors, answer calls, and manage warranty and RMA processes from intake to resolution. You will coordinate brochure creation and shipment, maintain image/quote libraries, and ensure accurate warranty entries in Epicor.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicates clearly with internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, sales reps, and internal staff.
• Strong written communication, especially via email.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
• Greet and assist visitors and vendors professionally.
• Create, maintain, and ship sales brochures to reps and clients.
• Process warranty intake, logging and reviewing claims for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate with production, quality, and sales teams on warranty details.
• Provide timely, professional communication with clients regarding warranty claims and resolutions.
• Create and manage warranty cases from intake through resolution.
• Process RMAs and enter warranty orders into Epicor.
• Compile and distribute monthly warranty reports.
• Maintain and organize image and quote libraries for searchability.
• Prepare brochures for shipment (up to ~20 lbs).
• Perform other front desk and administrative duties.
