Job summary

R3 Roofing & Exteriors is hiring a Customer Support & Operations Specialist for our Davenport, IA office. This in-office role coordinates customer communications, billing inquiries, permitting, and cross-department support to ensure project success.

You’ll be the central hub between customers and internal teams, handling calls, billing questions, and permitting needs with accuracy, organization, and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, friendly phone presence.
• Ability to manage multiple calls, accounts, permits, requests, and deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with billing and payment discussions helpful.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers calling our Davenport office and manage inbound calls.
• Handle billing inquiries, create and send invoices, and track payment status.
• Prepare and submit permit applications and coordinate with municipalities.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Billing, Production, and Sales departments.
