The role may expand to chat and email support; requires strong communication, typing 45 WPM, and MS Office proficiency; high school diploma; prior office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred.
• High School diploma required.
• Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Proficient with office equipment and MS Suite.
• Typing speed 45 WPM.
• Professional appearance and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Coordinate release of vehicles from body shops or other locations.
• Answer and place calls professionally; support chat/email channels if applicable.
• Research and gather information to offer solutions that meet customer needs.
• Occasional overtime as needed; maintain high call quality.
