Job summary

Marshalls in Leesburg, FL is seeking a Front-End Supervisor to promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team of Associates on the front end. You’ll manage registers, POS coverage, and maintain a clean, organized store with a focus on service standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong merchandising knowledge

Responsibilities

• Create positive customer experiences and lead Associates on front-end tasks.
• Promote loyalty programs and handle customer concerns promptly.
