Canteen in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Customer Service/Territory Manager (Coffee Services & Pantry) to deliver exceptional customer experiences, retain clients, and grow existing accounts in a fast-paced Office Coffee Services environment.

You will partner with the District Operations Manager to manage a portfolio, conduct retention calls, visit sites, and analyze service trends to drive improvements. If you are customer-focused and data-driven, you will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or related service industry.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent considered.
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and drive retention.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the District Operations Manager to support and manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Conduct customer retention calls and service follow-up meetings.
• Visit customer locations to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and promptly.
• Prepare customer insights and performance reports for leadership.
