Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and provide a differentiated experience.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers.

• Resolve escalated issues and log complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Handle branch operations such as cash, vault, ATM, and wires.
• Process customer/account maintenance tasks.
• Perform AML/BSA/KYC related activities.
• Support risk controls and regulatory compliance.
