Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by greeting customers and processing transactions accurately
• Balance cash drawer and process transactions following bank policy
• Educate customers via shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and promote self-service options
• Escalate and resolve account issues; log customer complaints in the system
• Assist with AML/BSA/KYC related activities and comply with risk controls
• Support branch operations (cash orders, vault, ATM, wires) as needed
