Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 6+ months of customer service experience, including data entry and/or cash handling.
• Proven verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Organized, with strong time management and prioritization abilities; proficient with internet-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional branch service and resolve routine customer problems promptly.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Greet customers, engage in lobby management, and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Own escalated account service issues until resolution and log claims in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Support branch operations: cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfer tasks.
• Perform customer/account maintenance and AML/KYC-related activities.
• Adhere to compliance and risk controls; support a culture of belonging and brand standards.
