• Greet customers, identify needs, and refer opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Log customer complaints and resolve escalated issues following procedures.
• Perform branch operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Maintain compliance with AML/BSA/Know Your Customer requirements.
