Fifth Third Bank's CSR / Teller - Eastside position invites you to deliver warm, accurate service while guiding customers to the right financial solutions. You will listen to needs, answer questions, and maintain confidentiality across all interactions.

Daily office tasks, balance records, and knowledge of retail policies are expected. You’ll refer customers to bankers for consultative conversations and support the team with timely, professional communication in Evansville, Indiana.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling experience.
• Ability to interact confidently with the public.
• Knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
• Ability to take initiative and demonstrate sound judgment.

Responsabilités

• Deepen relationships by listening to customer needs and guiding them to financial solutions.
