Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Extensive cash handling experience expected.
• Customer-facing role requiring dress code adherence.
• Ability to interact confidently with the public.
• Knowledge of retail policies and procedures essential.
• Ability to take initiative and exercise sound judgment in decision-making and problem solving.

• Flexibility in scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions and refer customers to appropriate business partners for consultative conversations.
• Perform daily office responsibilities in collaboration with the platform team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate balancing records and address outages or issues as needed.
• Keep up-to-date with bank policies and procedures and communicate changes.
• Handle customer questions promptly and follow up with solutions.
• Identify customer needs and refer to bankers or partners for appropriate referrals.
