Job summary

Northwest Bank in North Webster is seeking a friendly Teller to be the primary contact with customers. You will provide exceptional service, process transactions accurately, resolve issues, educate customers about products, and refer needs to the appropriate line of business.

As part of the branch team, you will balance drawers daily, participate in meetings, follow security and compliance procedures, and deliver the Northwest Star experience during in-person, phone, and email interactions,

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Banking/retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Balance teller drawer daily and assist in office meetings/huddles, operations meetings, and dual control balancing of vault, ATM, and any other device, as needed.
• Assist customers and visitors with questions, problem resolution, and other needs.
• Refer customers to appropriate team member for complex requests or products/services.
• Deliver on our Northwest Star experience and champion our customer’s financial wellness through delivery of exceptional customer experience – in person, over the phone, and through email communications.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand needs and inform them of product/service features and benefits.
