Job summary

Watsco Careers is seeking a skilled HVAC technical support representative to provide remote and on-site assistance, installation guidance, and service troubleshooting for Gemaire customers. You will educate customers on best practices and collaborate with sales for key accounts.

Travel to customer sites and training sessions may be required; strong communication and MS Office proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience with 5+ years in the field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Willing to travel overnight.
• Valid driver license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support via Salesforce CRM, mainly by phone, chat, and email.
• Provide on-site technical support for installation and service issues.
• Educate customers on correct installation, service, and best practices.
• Deliver technical training classes as directed by the syllabus and manufacturers.
• Support the sales team with joint calls and presentations at events.
• Serve as liaison between customers and factory representatives for warranty issues.
• Assist in warranty claims investigations and program administration.
• Submit activity and expense reports and maintain records.
• Perform other duties to meet company goals.
• Accountable for all other duties as assigned.
