Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support via Salesforce CRM (phone, chat, email).
• Provide on-site technical support for installation and service issues.
• Explain installation methods, service, diagnostics and best practices to customers.
• May teach technical training classes produced by Gemaire and manufacturers.
