Responsibilities

• Interact with customers via email, chat, and phone to provide support and information on products and services.
• Gather, record, and maintain customer information in our database.
• Engage with customers professionally to uncover needs and coordinate with team leaders when necessary.
• Perform other duties as requested by company or Team Leader.
