Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and shipment handling.
• Commitment to customer service excellence.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with a focus on operational excellence.
• Oversee Back of House operations, inventory, and flow.
• Manage replenishment, size integrity, and product availability.
• Own damage processing and returns with accuracy in inventory tasks.
• Maintain store supplies, equipment, and reporting of service requests.
• Train the team on policies, safety, and loss prevention.
• Lead floor presence during peak hours and model customer-obsessed service.
• Train on fit, function, and product knowledge for confident customer interactions.
• Coach on visual standards and product placement to stay on-brand.
• Use store data to support inventory excellence and KPI goals.
• Communicate with Store Leader and HQ on allocation and product flow.
• Assist with floor sets and store initiatives.
• Demonstrate learning agility and adapt to changing priorities.
• Inspire the team with clear, respectful communication.
