Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Supervisor to lead and coach associates in delivering rapid customer service and accurate transactions at the POS. You will guide teams to uphold Kohl's standards, train staff on product knowledge, and support inventory processes in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will be responsible for development, performance coaching, and ensuring a positive, compliant store environment while meeting daily goals and safeguarding cash processes.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates to include coaching to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and ensure a compelling customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support storewide goals.
• Coach and train associates on POS and customer service standards.
• Support training of merchandising standards, product knowledge and brand guidelines.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes including register balancing and cash handling.
