Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Supervisor to lead and coach associates in delivering fast, friendly service at the point of sale and Customer Service. You will train staff to uphold Kohl’s standards, help meet sales and loyalty goals, and ensure accurate cash handling and inventory control.

Strong leadership, communication, and flexible scheduling are essential. In this role you’ll oversee daily operations, guide team performance, and maintain high standards of merchandising and customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams or associates with coaching to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience at POS and Customer Service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support storewide goals.
• Train associates to execute POS and customer service standards per company guidelines.
• Support inventory accuracy and proper merchandising presentation.
• Oversee daily cash processes and POS cash handling.
