Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Supervisor to lead and coach associates in point-of-sale and customer service, delivering a fast, friendly shopping experience. You will supervise and develop the team, ensuring consistent processes and operational efficiency across service areas.

You will guide associates on POS accuracy, customer engagement, inventory discipline, and cash handling while driving store KPIs and maintaining Kohl’s brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Experience supervising teams or associates to include coaching to achieve daily goals.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience at POS and Customer Service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty) and support storewide goals.
• Coach and train associates to accurately execute POS and customer service standards.
• Support training on merchandising standards, product knowledge and tools, and Kohl’s brand standards.
• Support inventory accuracy through timely merchandising disposition practices.
• Oversee daily cash processes including register balancing, change orders, and voided transactions.
