Job summary

Floor & Decor seeks a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates, overseeing cashiering, returns, cash office, inventory, and e-commerce support while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will direct front-end staff, ensure SOP compliance, manage inventory accuracy, process refunds, coordinate pricing, and provide strong communication with management. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer-first focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service/cashier supervisory experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists related to the front end and inventory accuracy in the store.
• Lead inventory management and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process customer refunds and exchanges according to established guidelines.
• Oversee signage updates and price changes for store SKU’s.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer product related questions.
• Research all inventory-related discrepancies and adjust in the inventory tracking system.
• Audit reports including inventory control, return of sale, and void reports.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing trucks logs.
