Job summary

Floor & Decor in Cave Springs, AR, is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates. This role oversees cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory management, and e-commerce support while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You will coach and develop staff, enforce SOPs, manage inventory accuracy, process refunds, and collaborate on pricing, SKU updates, and product guidance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year supervisory customer service or 4 years customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and connected specialists related to front end and inventory accuracy.
• Lead cashiering, credit and close-out procedures and ensure SOP compliance.
• Manage inventory control and accuracy throughout the store.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Oversee signage, pricing, and product SKUs; assist with product questions.
• Collaborate with management on SKUs, price changes, and returns.
• Audit inventory reports and control procedures weekly.
• Ensure timely quality control of shipping/receiving documents.
