Job summary

Five Below in the United States is seeking a store leadership associate to ensure outstanding customer experiences and efficient store operations. You will train crew, oversee daily tasks, and assist with stock management while maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew wows the customer through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities and ensure staff perform duties effectively.
• Assist with stock receiving and organization for quick floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, and set alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and service.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and recovery efforts.
• Perform store maintenance and cleanliness tasks.
