Job summary

You will oversee daily activities of store associates, assist with receiving and stocking, and drive sales while managing expenses. The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving under pressure.
• Experience in guest service and retail operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer service at checkout.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking.
• Act as Manager on Duty and manage store operations.
• Open or close the store and secure cash and alarms.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
