Job summary

Five Below is hiring at our Jacksonville store for an hourly crew leader role. The position focuses on delivering a WOW customer experience, training teammates, and managing daily store operations.

You will oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and ensure robust merchandising and customer service. Candidates should have at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer service with personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and staff performance to ensure great service.
• Assist with receiving and stocking to keep shelves ready for customers.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations and emergencies.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, alarms, and daily prep.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance.
