Job summary

Michaels in Rockwall, TX is seeking a customer-focused team member to help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions. You will manage fast, friendly checkout operations, enroll customers in rewards programs, and assist with omnichannel services including BOPIS and SFS.

The role involves truck unloading, stocking, planogram duties, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred; lifting and standing for long periods are

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy boxes.
• Familiarity with store operations such as BOPIS/SFS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the rewards program and private label credit card enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns/go backs, to keep the store well-merchandised and in-stock.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; maintain professional conduct.
