Dierolf Plumbing & Water Treatment in Gilbertsville, PA is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our team. You will deliver a world-class experience over phone, text, email, chat, and in person, helping customers with appointments and solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or as a dispatcher preferred.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus (training provided).
• Confident, calm, and kind communicator.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of inquiries.
• Attention to detail; work independently and in a team.
• Comfort with computers, CRM systems, Outlook, Excel, Word, and other digital tools.

• Use Service Titan to schedule service appointments and installations.
• Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer tailored solutions.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately to help customers feel heard and supported.
• Collaborate with field technicians and other departments to get the job done right.
• Document customer interactions and update records in our system.
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed to support day-to-day operations.
• Handle light cashier duties, including processing transactions for in-store purchases.
