Job summary

Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is expanding its Customer Experience team. The role focuses on handling maintenance membership cancellations, de-escalating customer concerns, and collaborating with trade managers to enhance the overall customer experience.

You will handle inbound calls, schedule appointments, document accounts, and educate customers throughout their service journey in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience.
• Team lead experience preferred.
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC terminology.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
