H2O Care Partners in Gilbertsville, PA is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to deliver a world-class experience by phone, text, email, chat, or in person. You will schedule service appointments, assist with inquiries, and partner with field technicians to get the job done right.

The role requires prior customer service or dispatcher experience, familiarity with CRM tools, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or dispatcher experience preferred.
• Experience with Service Titan is a plus (training provided).
• Confident, calm, and kind communicator.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong problem-solving with a customer-first mindset.
• Able to multitask and handle high volumes of inquiries.
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Outlook, Excel, Word, and other tools.

• Answer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer tailored solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Documenting customer interactions and updating records in our system.
• Assisting with various general office and administrative tasks as needed to support day-to-day operations.
• Handling light cashier duties, including processing transactions for customers that purchase items over the counter.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service or as a dispatcher preferred.
• Previous experience using Service Titan a plus (but we'll train the right person)!
• A confident, calm, and kind communicator.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of customer inquiries.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as a team.
• Must be comfortable using computers, CRM systems, Outlook, Excel, Word, and other digital tools.
