Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude.
• Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and diffuse upset customers.
• Assist all internal and external customers in a professional manner.
• Complete required steps after competency approval, including related tasks.
• Examine, interview, and measure patients to determine needs and factors affecting fit (as applicable).
• Maintain patient records and prepare documentation for processes.
• Coordinate with dispatch and other teams to fulfill service requests.
• Verify information and ensure paperwork aligns with policies and third-party payor requirements.
