Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service experience and ability to resolve inquiries.
• Excellent data entry speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred to assist a diverse customer base.
• Cash handling experience is a plus (OM & KC ONLY).

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly in a friendly, professional manner.
• Create positive experiences and build loyalty through service.
• Follow up on concerns and communicate timely updates to customers.

• Research customer accounts and review merchandise status to recommend options.
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and service claims accurately and quickly.
